SUMMARY:A festive Crafternoon for little ones at the Village Hall
DESCRIPTION:A lovely way to keep the little ones busy in the run-up to Christmas – and give the grown-ups a mince pie and a moment’s peace. \nOn Saturday 5 December 2026\, the Village Hall is hosting a Children’s Christmas Crafternoon from 2pm – 5pm. It’s aimed at children aged roughly 4–8\, and places are limited\, with priority given to Uffington families. \nThe afternoon includes crafts to make and take home\, a visit and gift from Santa\, and home-cooked pasta for the children. Adults get a Festive Fayre of their own – and there’ll be someone keeping an eye on things\, so do plan to stay with your child throughout. \nTickets are £9 per child\, which includes a donation to Save the Children. To book and pay\, get in touch with Vanessa Kimberley. \nDon’t leave it too long – with limited places it’ll fill up quickly. \n
