The traditional Pancake Night, a fixture in Uffington’s calendar, took place on Shrove Tuesday 21 February. Over 10 litres of batter were turned into tasty pancakes by the Duke of Edinburgh crew , closely supervised by Nick Kimberley and Liz Genever. Thank you to Olivia , William R and William A for cooking and clearing and to everyone young and young at heart for supporting this fun Uffington event.
