Uffington Village Hall has had a bit of a glow-up over the last year!
The toilets were completely refurbished earlier in the year and now provide an upgraded accessible loo plus two individual unisex loos, one with baby change facilities. This was made possible by fundraising plus a grant from National Grid. There were lots of positive comments during the Scarecrows weekend in May, and more importantly, no queues!
And that’s not all, the flat roof over the meeting room, the foyer and toilets, has been expertly replaced by a local company, providing a snug, dry space for all your gatherings. The old and slightly leaky roof and skylights are now gone and now the single expanse of flat roof should be good for another 25 years at least. The water damage around the skylights can clearly be seen in the before and after pictures!
With fresh, modern facilities, they’re now as inviting as the hall itself. So, whether you’re hosting a party or attending a class, you’ll enjoy a fully refreshed venue, from top to bottom. Perfect for any occasion, and now even better equipped to welcome you! To book the hall or enquire, please click here.
